I used to go to the movies almost once a week, but in the current era of nonstop comic book adaptations and the golden age of TV, Hollywood’s output piques my interest far less frequently. Everything I’ve read so far about Good Time, the new heist thriller set in Queens and starring Robert Pattinson, however, makes me feel like this will be the fourth film of 2017 that will actually get me to a theater (the others were Get Out, Wonder Woman, and Dunkirk). On Monday, Nitehawk Cinema will host Benny and Josh Safdie, the brothers and directors behind the movie, for a Q&A and screening at 7pm. Tickets are $12 each.
