Antics return to Atlantic Avenue

By

Brooklyn’s oldest, biggest, and most well-known street fair—the Atlantic Antic–is taking over Atlantic Avenue from 4th Avenue all the way to the East River this Sunday from noon to 6pm. Sure, it’s crowded and a tad overwhelming, but it’s an energetic, frenetic reminder of the vast spectrum of food, shopping, art, music, and fun that our borough has to offer! Take a stroll through at some point–odds are you’ll bump into someone you know–and take it all in before heading out to do whatever else you had planned. Speaking of which, if you don’t have other plans you might want to head to the Knockdown Center in Queens for the second day of this year’s Bushwig, the award-winning festival devoted to drag, music, and love. It’s a super fun, creative day of art and music performances, and a day pass for Sunday will run you $30.
