Here’s an interesting twist on a time-worn Christmas classic: A 30-year long project involving Charles Dickens’ Christmas Carol as told through the eyes a fictional, modern-day couple whom the audience revisits each year as they grow older. Now in its fifth year, we find the characters have moved into a new home, so it’s time to check in with them and see what else has changed now that a new holiday season is upon us. The performance, which runs through Sunday, starts at 8pm on Friday night at Pratt’s Fashion + Design Accelerator, and your $30 ticket includes bottomless beer and wine and the opportunity to see what sounds like a pretty unique theater experience.
