If you’re part of the cult following for High Maintenance, HBO’s anthology series of eclectic stories that are loosely tied together by one Brooklyn-based weed dealer, you are probably already aware that the show’s much-awaited second season premieres on TV next Sunday night. What you might NOT know, however, is that you can get a jump on everyone by attending a free screening of the first episode of the new season at the Alamo Drafthouse on Wednesday night at 7pm. You can register for your ticket here, but they will be handed out on a first come, first served basis starting at 4pm. If you can leave work a little early and hang around Target for a while before the show to guarantee a spot, I would. Note that there is also free popcorn and drinks and a Q&A with series creators Ben Sinclair and Katja Blichfeld on the table.
