Get in on some good old fashioned day drinking this Saturday, Jan. 27 at the second annual Best of Brooklyn Food & Beer Festival, running from noon on at Industry City. Choose one of three sessions, and you can enjoy unlimited tastings of brews from the likes of Greenpoint Beer & Ale, Braven Brewing Company, Brooklyn Brewery, Kelso, Five Boroughs Brewing, and more for the price of a $39 ticket. If you get a little peckish, there will be eats available for purchase from local spots like Tanoreen, Dinosaur BBQ, and Mable’s Smokehouse, as well as music and games going on all day. Sounds pretty fun to me, and if you’re keeping your finances on a tight leash in 2018, you can actually get in for free if you’re willing to volunteer to help set up.
