As a person who has logged many hours watching live comedy in various Brooklyn venues over the years, I often still feel the loss we experienced when Eugene Mirman moved away a few years ago. It’s nice when he comes back to perform at an old stomping ground like The Bell House, and even better when he brings friends like Ophira Eisenberg, Michelle Buteau, Todd Barry, Janeane Garofalo, Sasheer Zamata, and tbd special guests. On Thursday, this talented roster of comedians will all be performing a fifth anniversary show to benefit The Grist, an online media outlet focused on the environment and sustainability. The show starts at 8pm and tickets are $25 each.
