Add this to your summer bucket list: a drink atop Brooklyn’s beachiest rooftop bar, Kitchen 21. You can see the waves from this beautifully restored, Prohibition-era building in Coney Island that was once home to the famous Childs Restaurant, and later a candy factory and roller rink. Its latest incarnation is the most spectacular (and booziest!) yet.
