The program includes nine top-notch vendors like Bunker, Po-Po’s, and Taj Mah Balls, which will be selling a wide variety of dishes originating from Korea, Vietnam, India, Nepal, Cambodia, Japan, the Philippines, and more. Plus, you’ll be able to attend panels on subjects like fermentation and the hybridization of Chinese food, movie screenings, and live music performances as well.
