Activist inspiration at The New Yorker Festival

By

The New Yorker Festival is happening this weekend, which means three days of access to a who’s who of luminaries scheduled to appear, speak, and perform at multiple Manhattan venues. There are still a bunch of $39 tickets available for Friday night’s Talking ‘Bout My Generation panel, which sound like a much-needed antidote to the grim news cascading out of Washington of late. Restore your faith in the future during this discussion among passionate activists who have had monumental impact at very young ages, including David Hogg, Campaign Zero founder Brittany Packnett, and Gathering for Justice’s Carmen Perez. The discussion begins at 7pm at the Directors Guild Theater in Midtown; tickets are $39.
