Sick of making small talk at various holiday gatherings? Try a good old fashioned Pizza, Wine, and Movie Night this Saturday instead. Rooftop Reds is bringing back its beloved summer tradition especially for Christmas, and the movie on tap is none other than Elf, which is one of the best Will Ferrell vehicles. The fun starts at 4:30pm at Brooklyn Roasting Company, and tickets are $30, which includes the movie screening, a glass of wine, and 2 slices of meat or veggie pizza. Bring a toy to donate to Toys for Tots and you’ll get another glass of wine for free! If the mellow evening of movie-watching puts some pep in your step, you can stick around afterwards for an Ugly Sweater DJ Dance Party starting at 8pm.
