A reset at The Rubin Museum

By

If your 2019 has gotten off to as unhealthy a start as mine, you could use a reset on Wednesday, Jan. 9 at The Rubin Museum. Take the Vinyasa Yoga class at 7pm, to get into the flow of the new year, then attune yourself to new beginnings with the sound bath meditation that follows ($35). Before you leave, spin the “Wheel of Intentions,” an interactive installation where “visitors can empower their own intentions,” and walk across a “lake” installed on the fifth floor, part of the exhibition, “A Lost Future: Matti Braun.”
