Strong Rope Brewery’s Gowanus taproom is getting a head start on Valentine’s Day with a beer and dessert pairing, and I’m hard pressed to come up with anything that sounds better than that for a random Monday in February. For the price of a $35 ticket, you’ll get multiple courses of sweet treats, including caramels infused with Gruyere and stout chocolate truffles, each paired with a beer that has been carefully selected from Strong Rope’s arsenal.
