Heart-opening yoga to the tune of ‘Total Eclipse of the Heart’ on Valentine’s Day

By

I would argue that the only winners on Valentine’s Day are kids. Unlike Halloween, they don’t even need to put on a costume to receive loads of candy, much to the chagrin of sugar-in-moderation parents everywhere.  So what better way to have as much fun as children on this Hallmark holiday than to listen to live music while doing yoga in a Bushwick distillery where you get to enjoy whiskey afterward (if you like) and bring a bottle home —all to the theme of the best song ever written about a twisted relationship, “Total Eclipse of the Heart.” The evening is hosted by Sweat & Sound, who run these live music fitness classes in New York and London, and runs from 7 and 9pm. Tickets are $30.
