With Valentine’s Day come and gone, let’s abandon the BS Hallmark stuff and talk about the more awkward, embarrassing, and straight up horrific side of being in love. Mortified is having a special “Doomed Love”- themed edition at Littlefield on Friday, and that means that a slate of brave souls will be sharing real-life diary entries, letters, poems, etc. that they created about their unrequited crushes during their teen years. AUGH, it just sounds painful doesn’t it? It will also be very funny, and with tickets to either the 7:30 or 9:30 shoes only $12 each, it’s an inexpensive way to kick off your weekend.
