On Saturday, the Brooklyn Navy Yard is hosting the Brooklyn Whiskey Fest, which will give attendees a chance to sample over 100 different kinds of whiskey and other spirits from craft purveyors located here in the city and all over the world. There will also be experts on hand to teach you about the distilling process, food from local vendors available for purchase, games, live music, and fun. Tickets to either the afternoon (2-5pm) or evening session (6:30-9:30pm) will run you $60 each, although it looks like there are still some deals to be had on sites like Groupon.
