Wednesday night, you have two ways to enjoy food from the upcoming restaurant concept, Fury’s, at NYC’s first and only craft sake brewery, Brooklyn Kura. Arrive at the Industry City taproom by 5:30pm for a Mediterranean and Japanese pop-up dinner with Yael Peet and Elena Yamamoto, formerly of Fort Greene’s Karasu, or arrive at 8:30pm for small bites and two pours of sakes. Tickets are $95 for the 5-course, sake-paired meal, and $40 for the more casual after-party.
