If you haven’t seen comedian/actor/writer Brian Posehn’s standup routine, you probably know him from The Sarah Silverman Program, The Big Bang Theory, You’re the Worst, Mr. Show, or one of the many other TV shows or movies he’s been a part of throughout his career. On Friday, he’ll make a rare appearance right here in Gowanus, at The Bell House, and there are still tickets available for $25 each. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 7:30—if you get to the area early and want to grab a bite I keep hearing rave reviews about My Cuban Spot on Carroll Street.
