On Tuesday, November 5, join Brooklyn Based and San Francisco author Jon Roemer at the original reading series, Pour Writers. Held monthly at Williamsburg tavern Thompson Brooke, it’s a twist on the typical book reading. Authors go behind the bar to serve drinks, talk about their book, sign copies and read from their work. Roemer, the founder/senior editor of award-winning book publisher Outpost19, will be in town for the launch of his debut novel Five Windows, about the aggressive changes shaping San Francisco today.
