If these frigid temps have awakened your cravings for comfort food, this Sunday is a great time to scratch the itch. That’s because the 2019 edition of the Brooklyn Chili Takedown, a competition pitting 20-30 different varieties of chili against each other, is going to be at Lot45 starting at 2pm. Tickets are $25 each, which will get you all the chili you can scarf down plus the opportunity to vote for your favorite. Save some room though, because Rooftop Reds is hosting an early Lasagna Supper Sunday. For the price of $35 ticket, you’ll get an Italian meal catered by LaRina, including lasagna, olive bread, salad, and—of course—wine. Bon appetit!
