So far, 2020 has come in pretty hot with terrible things in the news, so if you’re looking for a little escapism silliness this weekend, look no further than the annual No Pants Subway Ride happening Sunday starting at 3pm. The event, which is sponsored by Improv Everywhere, started in NYC in 2002 and has now spread to dozens of other cities across the globe. It involves a coordinated “depantsing” along with other participants at a predetermined stop on the subway, much to the surprise of your fellow straphangers, and is followed up by an afterparty at Bar 13.
