Hosted by the Academy of American Poets in partnership with Housing Works Bookstore Cafe & Bar, writer, activist, and professor Mahogany L. Browne will be in conversation with award-winning multidisciplinary artist Shaun Leonardo to discuss art and action. It’s part of a larger free event series aimed at discussing how poetry can be paired with other creative endeavors, hosting a variety of creative professionals, from chefs to actors to dancers. Housing Works Bookstore is always hosting relevant and thought-provoking events.
