Although we are clawing our way out of the frigid weather of last weekend, this Sunday afternoon will still be a prime time to enjoy a hearty bowl of piping hot chili, particularly when you can wash it down with a cold beer. From noon-3pm, Strong Rope Brewery is hosting a chili cook-off featuring offerings from a cadre of local home cooks. For the price of a $10 ticket, you’ll get unlimited tastings, a beer from Strong Rope, and the chance to vote for the winner of the People’s Choice award.
