Gabrielle Lenart is a Brooklyn-based community organizer, food writer, baker, and Founder/CEO of This Queer Kitchen. She holds an M.A in Food Studies from New York University and a B.S. in Food Science from The Pennsylvania State University. She has been featured in Chemical Senses, Journal of Physiology and Behavior, The James Beard Foundation Blog, and Dish Rag Magazine. Her most recent publication, Adapting Queer Foodways, debuts this fall in Gastronomica.
