Tom Mylan

Tom Mylan is the author of "The Meat Hook Meat Book." He has written for New York Magazine, Food and Wine and The Atlantic among other publications. He and his wife, Annaliese Griffin, live in Brooklyn with their son. Dr. Walter Bishop is Tom's spirit animal.
