This fall, restart your Hudson Valley wedding planning at a Wedding Crashers and Edible Weddings series of open venues on August 30 and September 13.
A select number of upstate wedding venues and vendors who were scheduled to appear at the 2020 Hudson Valley Wedding Crashers Wedding fair will be on-site in outdoor and well-ventilated settings for couples to see in person. At each open house, you will be able to tour the venue and meet a select number of vendors who can help you plan your large or “micro” wedding.
There will be multiple venues to visit each day, and we have staggered the entrance times for each, allowing guests time to drive from one venue to another.
Here are the participating venues and vendors you can meet (at a safe distance!):
August 30
Taconic Ridge Farm, 11am-1:30pm, with Fig and Pig, B’Burg Events, Sprig and Social and Turnquist Collective
The Greens at Copake Country Club, 12pm-2:30pm, with Edible Weddings, Ailish Floral, Joann Arruda Photography and Brooklyn Dance Lessons
Farmette Roquette, 1pm-3:30pm, with Home/Made Hudson, DJ Sir Shorty and Nine Cakes
September 13
City Winery Hudson Valley, 11am-1pm with Three Notch Florals, honeycomb + prince, and Macaron & White
Rivermere on Hudson, 1pm-3:30pm with June Events, JDZ Photography, STE Events and Something Taylored Rentals
Once you purchase your $5 ticket to one of our open houses on August 30 or September 13, you will receive a free entry code to register to the other open venues that day.
To ensure the well-being of our vendors and guests, we are limiting attendance in accordance with the most current NYS gathering guidelines and will time entrances if we exceed capacity. We will be following these safety guidelines, which you will be asked to agree to upon registration, and will ask that you fill out a health questionnaire and waiver 72 hours prior to attending.
We will also be livestreaming on Instagram during these open venues for all the couples unable to attend in person.
