There are so many sights and sounds to explore in our borough that the whole thing can get overwhelming pretty quick and then, lo and behold, you have a situation where someone (ahem, me) has never even been to the Transit Museum, even though everyone I know says it’s great! This will hopefully change this Thursday, because the museum is hosting its first ever Trivia Night from 7-9pm. The questions will be transit-themed, with hosts Stuart Post and Chris Kelley testing your acumen for historical events and pop culture references associated with the greatest subway system in the world. When you aren’t duking it out for the title of ultimate transit trivia master, you are free to explore the museum or enjoy a beer from Brooklyn Brewery (there’s even a free one included in the price of your $15 ticket). Although tickets in the online pre-sale sold out fast, there will be additional tickets available at the door starting at 6:30. – K.H.
