We’re looking at nothing but rain from now through Friday, but when the sky finally clears up come Saturday, plan to pack a beach bag and head for the A train because Rockaway Beach Surf Club is hosting a hello summer party to kick off another season’s worth of surf and sandy days spent sunbathing by the ocean.
