Art appreciation

I’m clearly no epidemiologist, but given that the city’s museums will probably be pretty empty this Sunday, especially if you time it right and arrive first thing. A museum is also one place where you are unlikely to be touching anything, so it seems like a relatively safe and socially responsible activity assuming you are healthy. As it happens, there are a bunch of great shows on display right now, including the Donald Judd exhibit at MoMA that we previewed in our March Culture Calendar. Members get early access this Sunday from 9:30-10:30am and every day of the week, but if you don’t feel like springing for that, you may want to be the first in the door at another cultural institution. Things are changing fast, so be sure to confirm that the venue you’re planning to check out is open on a regular schedule before you make the trek.
