Glennon Doyle can help you live your best life

By

Monday nights usually mean I’m camped out in front of the TV, but I’m trying to be a little less of a homebody these days (and I assume that when The Plot Against America, My Brilliant Friend, and Little Fires Everywhere all come out later this month I won’t have time for much else). All that is to say that this week, I’m thinking that seeing speaker/bestselling writer/activist/Abby Wambach spouse Glennon Doyle present her latest title, Untamed, at St. Ann’s Church sounds like a good plan. Part memoir, part exhortation to women everywhere to stop living in service of other people’s expectations and start living bravely, the book sounds like it carries just the sort of message I desperately need to hear right now, and I’m not even a non-fiction person. Idk about you ladies, but lately I am perpetually exhausted, working harder than I ever have, and feeling like the persistent effort rarely pays off—if you feel the same maybe this will help.
