If you missed the launch party for Liddabit Sweets’ new cookbook, you have another shot at meeting the local confectioners on Tuesday night at Greenlight, where they’ll be joined by Blue Bottle Coffee, which just released The Blue Bottle Craft of Coffee: Growing, Roasting, and Drinking, with Recipes. Amy Bennett of the Greene Grape will also be on hand, moderating a discussion on artisanal food making with Liz Gutman and Jen King of Liddabit and James and Caitlin Freeman of Blue Bottle. A coffee and chocolate tasting for guests is the icing on the cake.
Free music is one of most redeeming qualities of the New York summer. There’s really lots to love about this track as it’s danceable, hypnotic, sophisticated, romantic and […]
When we learned that Rockabus wouldn’t be making any trips to the beach this summer, we were decidedly bummed—riding a school bus to the Queens coastline with a cooler full of cold ones clamped between our knees was the most convenient way we’d come across to get to the Rockaways. We hear that Rockabus founders, Sam […]
