The weather on Friday, and for the whole weekend really, is supposed to be gloriously beautiful, so go celebrate with two of the best things to consume in summer–wine and ice cream. Okay, wine is one of our faves year round, but it’s finally time for rosés, sancerres and…sorbets. Vine Wine is welcoming Molly Moon, a West Coast ice cream sensation, from 7 to 9pm on Friday night. Molly Moon Neitzel will be signing copies of her new book, Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream, and Vine will serve up sorbet cocktails, ice cream sundaes and plenty of summer sips. The stout milkshake and the beer slushy have been conquered–attend this event and then spend the summer perfecting the rosé-sorbet frappe.
