Talking Warhol

By

This Thursday night powerHouse Arena will be transformed to a Factory of sorts when the Little Bookroom and Glitterati present “A Warholian Evening.” It’s the eve of the 26th anniversary of Andy Warhol’s death, and they’re bringing in quite a line up to discuss his life, work…and wig. Authors Thomas Kiedrowski  (Andy Warhol’s New York City: Four Walks, Uptown to Downtown) and Catherine Johnson (Thank You Andy Warhol) will be chatting with Warhol’s nephew Jamie Warhola (who worked for him at Interview magazine briefly and wrote Uncle Andy) and Bibbe Hansen (Beck’s mom and an actor in several of Warhol’s movies). RSVP here to join in this celebration of Pop Art’s biggest icon.
