Beer Union spent four months traveling 4,000 miles around New York State visiting breweries, pubs and craft-beer bars in search of…well, they forget after the first five drinks. Just kidding, but they can write all those beers off as research for Beer Lover’s New York: The Empire State’s Best Breweries, Brewpubs & Beer Bars. Celebrate the boozy book’s release over at Brooklyn Brewery this Tuesday at 7:30pm. Hope you like beer because a $15 tickets earns you an open bar for three hours, while a $30 ticket earns you the same, plus a free copy of the book. Authors Giancarlo and Sarah Annese, the husband-and-wife beer-drinking duo, will be on hand to talk about their experience and to sign books.
