Get involved at the Racial Justice Fair, and maybe join the Infinite Love Party, too

By

If one of your New Year’s resolutions was to become more involved and active in fighting for human rights and social justice, attend Tuesday night’s Racial Justice Fair to find the best place to pour your activist efforts this year. The Black and Pink Project, Sylvia Rivera Law Project, SWOP Behind Bars, Vocal New York, Custom Collaborative, Trans Latinx Network and Witness are among the organizations that will be tabling and speaking, and you’ll also meet representatives from local and international human rights and advocacy organizations. The event is presented by the Infinite Love Party, an “intentional barefoot potluck dinner party, dance party, and sleepover” produced by artist Diana Oh and currently taking place at Bushwick Starr, with a limited number of sleepover tickets available each night. On Tuesday, you’ll meet some of the “performers” (called “Questers”) who helped organize the fair, which runs from 6 to 8pm at the same venue. RSVP here.
