If one of your New Year’s resolutions isn’t to incorporate more cheese into your life, you should probably reconsider your goals before January 1st. You can get a jumpstart on learning some impressive new skills for that New Year’s charcuterie board by taking the class Infused Burrata Making: Truffles, Pesto, and More! at Murray’s Cheese in the West Village.
Tickets are $110, and besides the class, unlimited drinks from the house wine menu and a variety of cheeses will be available to try. Make sure to register in advance, as Murray’s Cheese classes fill up quickly (see, I’m not the only one with a cheese addiction), and the class runs from 6:30-8 pm.
