Wedding Crashers, the city’s best wedding fair for couples seeking one-of-a-kind nuptials, is unveiling its first fall fair on Wednesday, September 25, from 5:30-9:30 at the brand-new Brooklyn venue, 501 Union. Whether your vision involves Brooklyn-inspired invites, farm-to-table catering, or a string quartet that covers the Smiths, we tightly curate Wedding Crashers to showcase the most original vendors in New York.

The new venue also makes a stunning backdrop for a Brooklyn wedding. Built in 1916 and once used to restore classic cars, 501 Union has been transformed into a swanky space complete with Carrara marble topped bars and Modo chandeliers, plus a spacious courtyard.

Creative designers, photographers and videographers, planners, and caterers will fill 501 Union as the Baby Soda Jazz Band, Tribute String Quartet and the Loyales play in the bar, and DJs 74 Events and Ryan Rasheed spin in the gallery. Early access ticketholders can arrive during the first hour, or anytime after, and get a goody bag filled with treats like nunu chocolates beer truffles and salted caramels and a $100 voucher at Nearly Newlywed. VIP guests also get a cocktail created with French liqueur, Pavan, to sip from while trying the first bites from our six caterers or food trucks parked out front.

Throughout the fair you can get answers to your burning questions on decor, etiquette, trends and more in our “Ask the Wedding Expert” lounge designed by Michelle Edgemont with Patina Vintage Rentals. The country’s foremost same-sex wedding expert Bernadette Smith, event planner Viva Max, and other seasoned vendors at the fair will be taking turns in the “booth,” and you can also get answers to your questions when you pose them on our event page on Facebook.

Tickets are on sale now here. Early entrance admission, which includes your treat-filled tote, complimentary cocktail, and the option of arriving before 6:30pm, is $40 per couple or pair of friends in advance, and General Admission, after 6:30pm, is $30 per couple or pair of friends. You can also purchase individual tickets.
