Kiera Ormut-Fleischman, of the new J+K Papier, designed the programs and signage for the fair. We had many impressive invite and paperie vendors: Inspired Goodness, Lion in the Sun & Katie Fischer Design.
Rock Paper Scissors Events created a fun, whimsical look for the entrance with royal colors.
Naturally Delicious was among the caterers at the fair (including Dish Food + Events and Roberta’s at the after party). They served a mean short ribs and polenta, goat cheese tartlettes, grilled cheese sandwiches and other yummy bites. Dish also served many a crowd pleaser, like fried chicken and waffles.
The excellent event planner Tammy Golson helped pull the entire fair + after party at The Green Building together. Her table was designed by Poppies & Posies (note the inventive use of eggplants as part of the floral arrangement!)
Elegantly Iced was among the featured cake and sweets vendors, along with Nine Cakes and One Girl Cookies. Every piece of her intricate, incredible cakes is edible (and delicious).
Nicole Lenzen Custom Bridal and Eveningwear was one of our new vendors this year. She can design a dress using fabric from an old gown, like your mother’s.
Shootbooth was a hit again this year. On the left is Betsy Thorleifson of Nine Cakes. Our other fab photography vendors: Daniel Krieger, E. Leigh Photography, Oak Street Studio, and Kristina Hill, who photographed the fair.
We had a diverse range of floral designers: Rebecca Shepherd, Red Rose & Lavender, and here, Root Stock & Quade.
Vané Broussard of Brooklyn Bride moderated our talks with wedding experts; this is Ara Farnam delivering hers on The Elements of Wedding Design.
Of course, one of the things that sets this fair apart from others in NY is the live music + DJs. These are The Engagments, who did awesome covers of 80s tunes like Rock With You. Beat Train Productions, DJ Duane Harriot, The Dexter Lake Club Band, Baby Soda Jazz Band, Tribute String Quartet and Jason Fioto also rocked in their own way.
The after party at The Green Building was over-the-top fun. Gabriella New York Bridal Salon & James Jean curated a fantastic fashion show for it.
