Called “the guy Woody Allen can only dream of being,” Timothy “Speed” Levitch is a fast-talking, New York tour guide atop a double decker bus in the black and white documentary, The Cruise, and his poetic, hilarious running commentary (delivered in his adorable nasal-y voice) made the film a critical success.
