We haven’t yet checked out this free dance party, but man does it sound great: the 11-piece Williamsburg Salsa Orchestra melds the songs of indie-rock greats like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Arcade Fire into traditional Latin arrangements for a new take on salsa. The party starts at 6 pm at Brooklyn Bowl.
