To celebrate the release Tart & Sweet, her new book about seasonal pickles, jams, syrups and chutneys, Brooklyn chef and Sweet Deliverance founder Kelly Geary is throwing a book party at Huckleberry Bar from 6 to 9pm. LiV — Long Island’s own potato vodka is sponsoring, and the cocktail geniuses at Huckleberry are whipping up special drinks using Kelly’s signature syrups, including raspberry rose, Meyer lemon-hibiscus and lavender honey. There are even pickled ramps for martinis. Specials and snacks will be free while supplies last, and book signing and good times will go on all night in Huckleberry’s lovely backyard.
