Start your long weekend early at a benefit event for the DUMBO Arts Center, which produces exhibits and provides support and education to local artists. Starting at 6pm, savor Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from Oregon’s King Estate Winery while you take in a screening of video art curated by Richard Jochum and live music by Brooklyn’s own Justin King. Tickets are available online for only $10, and include three wine tastings and hors d’oeuvres. All proceeds from ticket sales and a raffle featuring prizes from local businesses will directly benefit DAC’s programs.
