The only thing better than a movie about the history of beer is drinking beer. But if you can watch a movie about the history of beer while drinking a beer at a brewery right here in Brooklyn, well then you don’t really have to pick one over the other. This Monday at Brooklyn Brewery catch “Brewed in Brooklyn,” a documentary about Brooklyn beer, and see how our home went from being the beer capital of the world, to an almost dry town, and back to a lively, beer-making stomping grounds again. Your ticket ($10) gets you one free beer and there will be a Q&A with the filmmakers to follow.
