On Friday evening, banish workweek stress with a free sunset yoga class at Industry City starting at 7pm. Mats are available on a limited basis, and the entire affair will be set to a live DJ soundtrack. Afterwards, Filament at the Landing will be serving up post yoga drink specials (and we hear it’s a pretty great dinner option too). For a slightly weirder night, check out Frozen Words Hot Air, a free performance of live glassblowing, percussion, video, and manipulated recorded sound inspired by the work of Rabelais. The show takes place from 7-8pm at UrbanGlass.
