A night of illusions, Tinder communique, or summer camp

By

On Saturday, if you’re feeling fancy, why not pick up tickets to a very well-reviewed magic show that involves cocktail attire and free prosecco? After a sold out run in LA, See/Saw, a showcase of the magic and sleight of hand illusions of Siegfried Tieber, will be in Greenpoint for the next few weeks, and there are still tickets available for the 7pm show on Saturday night. Tickets are not exactly cheap at $74 per, but I have a suspicion this will be worth it and c’mon, live a little! On the other hand though, you certainly can be entertained much more cheaply that night at Littlefield, where comedian/writer Lane Moore returns to the stage with her critically acclaimed Tinder Live show, which is pretty much what it sounds like and features guests Jamilah Lemieux, Josh Gondelman, and Heben Nigatu this time around. The show starts at 8pm and tickets won’t break the bank at $15. Finally, there are still a few tickets left for Alamo Drafthouse’s 6:30pm Wet Hot American Summer Movie Party, which will bring you right back to summer camp.Tickets are $16, and there will lots of audience participation and props provided (think chewing gum and flutes) to help you do it.
