Last spring, I had the good fortune to spend a very rainy evening wandering around the Brooklyn Expo Center chatting with various emerging artists at The Other Art Fair, a biannual, curated exhibition presented by Saatchi Art and featuring thousands of works by 130 independent and as-yet undiscovered artists. It was a great night, and so I’m excited that the show is back this weekend from 3-10pm on Friday, 11am-7pm on Saturday, and 11am-6pm on Sunday. You can also take advantage of immersive experiences, DJ sets, tours, food, and a fully-stocked bar, and the pieces themselves start at $150 each, so you might even be able to pick up something that catches your eye and take it home. Tickets start at $15.
