I don’t even know how to begin to describe the Sunday night plans that just transpired for me as recently as yesterday afternoon, so I’ll give you the broad strokes: Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, Pete Davidson, Anthony Scaramucci (yes, that’s “the Mooch,” remember him?), and Lawrence O’Donnell are somehow together at last (???) at Murmrr Theatre to promote Triumph’s new quiz show and podcast, Let’s Make a Poop. This is so random and weird that I simply must go— I think my sister put it best when I GChatted her to see if she’d join me, and she replied, “What’s all this about poop? I want in.” Added incentive: there’s a mystery guest involved (FOR ME TO POOP ON, one assumes) and, given that we’re in the middle of the New York Comedy Festival, odds are good that it’ll be someone really special. Tickets are $25 each and the show starts at 9pm.
