In exceptionally good news this week, Jonathan Toubin, the fantastic local DJ who fell victim to a crazy freak accident while in Portland for a gig back in December, is back in the game here in Brooklyn starting this Sunday. To welcome him back, New York Night Train is throwing a party to end all parties in collaboration with Brooklyn Brewery’s Local X Local series. Toubin will be back behind the decks, but they’ve got an all-star lineup of DJs, live bands, performers, projectionists, hula-hoopers, and more lending a hand. Can’t make it on Sunday? Toubin will also be making a return to his night at Glasslands, Soul Clap and Dance Off, next Saturday.
