After four years of throwing Wedding Crashers, we have to say our wedding fair has just gotten better with age. This past Sunday at The Green Building we had more vendors and couples than ever before, and far too many lobster rolls, pulled pork sliders, brownies and cake pops to try before we headed to The Bell House–in vintage cabs!–for another kick-ass live wedding band showcase.
Below are a few photos of the fair in action taken by the wonderful Charlie Juliet. (JBM Weddings took great shots too.)
We watched Mimosa Floral Design Studio chalk all the tiny hearts in the words Wedding Crashers for the welcome sign–it’s an art.
The Green Building looked beautiful.
The point of Wedding Crashers: To bring these words to life in a unique way. From the table of Papel New York.
Business and pleasure: NYC Faces, with fine ales from Brooklyn Brewery in hand.
Heights Chateau ensured that the wine was flowing.
The women behind Tinsel and Twine.
Why do floral arrangements when succulents look so cool in glass? A fab spin on tradition from Kerry Quade.
Mexicue, Morris Truck, and Frites ‘n’ Meats were all parked outside.
Treats from Frites ‘n’ Meats, spotted in the hands of many an attendee.
McKenzie Miller Films interviewed a number of our couples on camera–stay tuned for the short film.
Who wouldn’t want to be a Michelle New York Bride?
Everyone’s displays were gorgeous, like Betty Brooklyn’s
Stortz Lighting hung the colorful lanterns and candelabras.
All the goodies you can register for at Brooklyn KItchen (so you can skip Macy’s).
It’s impossible to pass Naturally Delicious’ table without trying a bite.
Pies ‘n’ Thighs’ table just made you want to break out the croquet and the bourbon pecan pie.

Brilliant favors from By Brooklyn (signature cocktails to go).
NY Checker / FilmCars provided the vintage wheels to The Bell House wedding band showcase.
Red Hook Orchestra, because of course you want cute dudes playing “American Girl” at your weddding.
What wedding?
We’ll be holding a fall fair for the first time ever this year, on Wednesday, September 25 (pencil it in!). And if you are still shopping for a photographer, videographer or photobooth, or you just want great tips on getting the best shots at your wedding, join us April 10 at the Green Building for “You’re Going To Be in Pictures.”
Thank you to all the vendors in this year’s fair, and to all you couples, we hope we made the planning process a ton more fun, and helped you bring the vision for your wedding to life.
