Sample some serious cocktails this Wednesday at Brooklyn Winery during Heritage Radio Network’s new Boozey Bees salon series. The food-focused broadcasting company has asked three local bartenders to design drinks using New York Honey Whiskey, a sweet-and-smokey spirit made with late-summer honey meant to get us in the mood for the warm weather ahead. Your $30 ticket gets you signature cocktails from Joe Campanale of Epicurean Group, Adam Schuman of Michael Skurnik Wines and Aaron Polsky of Bottled Bartender, as well as snacks and a DJ set from Mr. AOK. See what all the buzz is about starting at 7pm.
